What is Carrier Liability Insurance?
Carrier Liability Insurance provides coverage for the legal liabilities of domestic road transporters in case of loss or damage to the goods they carry. This insurance secures the transporter’s responsibilities arising from such incidents. However, it does not cover situations considered force majeure (such as lightning, flood, avalanche, and earthquake), for which the carrier is not legally liable.
