What is Complementary Health Insurance (TSS)?
It is a type of insurance that covers additional payments incurred in healthcare services covered by the Social Security Institution (SGK). This insurance secures the extra fees demanded by healthcare institutions contracted with SGK.

If you prefer private healthcare institutions that are contracted with SGK but not with your insurance company, coverage is also provided within a specific limit for non-contracted institutions.

Under the medical supplies coverage, items not covered by SGK but specified in the special conditions of the policy can be used within your limit at both contracted and non-contracted healthcare institutions.

Additional coverages such as outpatient treatment and maternity can be included in the policy upon request.

Complementary Health Insurance can be arranged as either an individual or group policy.
